Happy Halloween from Quiet Property.

Tonight the lanterns are lit along the lanes of Hannam and UN Village. The children of our neighbourhood will be out in costume, knocking on doors that, for one evening a year, open a little more easily.

We made a small film for the occasion. A black panther walks through the grounds of an old house: unhurried, watchful, lit from within. It felt like the right figure for us. It is an animal that moves quietly, observes for a long time, and acts only when it is certain.

Quiet Property is still young. Since May we have been writing about the homes, streets and numbers of this city. We are grateful to every reader, and to every client who trusted us with a decision that mattered. In the season ahead, we intend to watch more closely, write more carefully, and stand by each client to the end of every transaction.

오늘 밤 한남과 UN빌리지 골목에 등불이 켜집니다. 동네 아이들은 분장을 하고 이웃집 문을 두드리겠지요. 일 년에 하루, 문이 조금 더 쉽게 열리는 날입니다.

할로윈을 맞아 짧은 영상을 하나 만들었습니다. 오래된 저택의 정원을 흑표범 한 마리가 천천히 걸어갑니다. 서두르지 않고, 오래 지켜보고, 확신이 설 때에만 움직이는 동물입니다. Quiet Property가 닮고 싶은 모습이기도 합니다.

Quiet Property는 아직 젊은 브랜드입니다. 지난 5월부터 이 도시의 집과 거리, 그리고 숫자를 기록해 왔습니다. 글을 읽어 주신 분들과 중요한 결정을 맡겨 주신 고객 한 분 한 분께 감사드립니다. 앞으로 더 깊이 살피고, 더 신중하게 쓰고, 거래의 끝까지 한 분의 곁을 지키겠습니다.
